About the Role
* Provide strategic leadership to deliver exceptional results and drive continuous improvement across the site team.
* Bring your electrical expertise to ensure best practice prioritisation, planning, integration, and organisation of all site activities, contractors, and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective strategies for site operations and maintenance, leveraging your electrical knowledge and experience.
* Lead and manage station operation and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Ensure Roma operates within all relevant licenses, permits, and procedures, with particular emphasis on Health, Safety, and Environment on Site, including emergency response.
* Ongoing technical training and development of managers, operations, and maintenance personnel.
* Assist in driving business performance and managing operational costs to meet targets.

The successful candidate will have senior management experience within the power generation industry, relevant trade qualifications or an engineering degree, experience and knowledge of the National Electricity Market requirements, and a proven track record in HS&E procedures management and compliance.
