We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable casual crew to join our team for the busy summer season — starting immediately through to April.
About The Role
As part of the Mandurah Boat Hire team, you'll help keep our fleet and customers safe and ready for a great day on the water.
Typical duties include:
Preparing and setting up hire vessels — refuelling, cleaning, and ensuring they're ready for safe use
Moving and securing vessels around the jetty, including overnight berthing
Delivering safety briefings to customers, sharing local knowledge and recommended areas to visit
Assisting with on-water customer support and rescues as required
(For the right candidate) Supporting the office team with bookings and general customer service
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Recreational Skipper's Ticket (RST) or equivalent
Coxswain or other AMSA qualifications are highly regarded and may lead to expanded roles and responsibilities
Strong communication skills and a focus on safety and customer service
Availability on weekends and public holidays
