About the Role
* Providing outstanding customer service and support
* Updating customers throughout the post-sale process
* Assisting customers with approvals, applications, and required documentation
* Following up on missing documents and ensuring files are complete
* Managing phone and email communications with a friendly, professional manner
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting the sales team with admin tasks
* Working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
What You Bring
* Experience in sales administration or a similar field (required)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* A pleasant, confident phone manner
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
* Interest in the solar/renewables industry is a bonus
