Support boutique performance, profitability, and sales goals
Lead daily operations and maintain exceptional visual, service, and brand standards

Partner with VM, merchandising, and client development teams to deliver cohesive initiatives
Cultivate lasting client relationships and support exclusive events
Coach, mentor, and elevate team capability
Oversee stock, asset protection, compliance, and operational processes

Strong retail leadership experience within luxury, premium, or high-touch service environments
