Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to fill the role of Financial Operations Coordinator. This is a permanent full-time position that includes school holidays.
* Assist with the setup and implementation of new financial systems and platforms.
* Process payroll accurately and confidentially on a fortnightly basis.
* Maintain accurate employee pay and leave records, and respond to payroll-related enquiries.
* Support accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and creditor record maintenance.
* Contribute to budget monitoring, audit preparation, and asset register management.
* Provide backup support across finance functions as needed.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for an experienced individual who possesses:
* A strong understanding of relevant legislation and compliance regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
