Fresha's ecosystem provides tools for appointment bookings, point-of-sale, customer records management, marketing automation, loyalty, inventory and team management, with integrations to major brands like Instagram, Facebook and Google.Role OverviewGiven our growth plans, we are looking for a motivated person to extend our presence across Melbourne/Victoria.
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development APAC, and working with the Commercial team and potential partners, you will be 100% focused on new business development.
Your mission will be to increase sales and market share in your designated territory.
You'll manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close with a primary outbound focus, using multi-channel outreach and product demos to illustrate how Fresha benefits partner businesses.This is a fast-paced, autonomous role in a changing environment.
There is currently no Fresha office in Melbourne, so you will be able to work from home or anywhere in Melbourne to fulfill your responsibilities.What You Will Be DoingKPIs - Consistently achieve sales targetsOutreach - Contact key decision-makers via phone, email and social touches to bring on recent business in person or onlineSelling - Present, promote and sell products/services through product demos to prospective and existing partnersSales Cycle - Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closePartnering - Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses with partners to align Fresha solutions with their objectivesCollaboration - Work with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experienceMarket Trends - Provide feedback on ongoing industry trendsLeads - Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and document outcomes in the CRMBusiness Partnering - Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activitiesWhat Are We Looking For?
Experience - 1+ years of B2B sales with a proven track recordIndustry - Interest in selling to hair salons, beauty spas, barber shops and other self-care businessesRelationship Building - A true hunter and relationship builderOrganised - Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectivelyCuriosity - Naturally curious with a desire to continually grow and developAdded BonusBeauty & Wellness - Experience in the beauty and wellness industryAt Fresha, we value passion and potential as highly as specific skills.
