* Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care as a rehabilitation-focused nurse at the John L Grove Rehabilitation Unit.
Job Requirements:
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care to patients with various needs.
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including registered nurses, allied health professionals, pharmacists, and medical registrars.
* Meet the essential criteria for the role, including registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse and holding a Board-approved qualification in medication administration.
