Job Title:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to meet their needs.
Main Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming requests within specified timeframes and handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Create and upload pre-orders and contracts according to timelines.
• Perform required maintenance on pre-orders.
• Review contracts and orders based on established guidelines.
• Process contract call-offs within specified timelines for pre-orders and refills.
• Manage the Order Book, ensuring ongoing accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate regularly with the sales team and provide product information, pricing queries, and process orders into the system.
• Follow up on customer requests, issues, and complaints until resolution.
• Achieve agreed-upon department KPIs to drive superior service delivery.
• Develop a strong understanding of our Company's product range.
• Contribute to team improvement initiatives and targets.
• Complete required testing within SAP systems.

Education and Experience:
University degree or equivalent.
