Are you an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager with a passion for perioperative care? As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining clinical governance, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Advanced clinical practice relevant to perioperative settings.
- Proven experience in managing human and material resources effectively.

- A demonstrated ability in continuous quality improvement principles and clinical governance strategies.
- Eligibility for or possession of a current C Class driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the clinical team, ensuring compliance with ACORN standards and AS/NZ 4187.
- Provide advanced clinical patient care and staff support, promoting best practices in the department.

- Manage performance and development of staff, as well as oversee recruitment processes.
- Implement and monitor nursing practice standards in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
- Coordinate clinical governance activities to align with the National Safety and Quality Health Standards.

This position is located in Esperance. Esperance is 700km from Perth and 400km from Kalgoorlie. It has world-renowned beaches and bushwalks.
Country Nursing and Midwifery Incentive Program:
The Country Nursing & Midwifery incentive program is available to new and existing nurses and midwives - across a broad range of patient-facing roles - on fixed-term or permanent contracts at eligible locations. Eligible nurses and midwives can receive between $5,000 and $17,000 in support over 12 months.
