Do you love building solid customer relationships? Then this position may be for you. This is a long-term permanent opportunity which starts the end of March
Responsibilities:
* Receiving and placing telephone calls
* Provides accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
* Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
* Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
* Adheres to security policies and maintains confidentiality of records and client information
* Entering customer information into company database
Requirements
Skills/Qualifications
* Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
* Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
* Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills
* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
* Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
