Goodstart South Hurstville is recruiting a Centre Director to lead and manage an early learning centre of 36 places operating 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, serving a diverse, multicultural community.
The role offers a competitive salary of up to $68.53 p/h + super, 12 % above award, childcare discount, salary packaging and a range of benefits.
Responsibilities Use your experience in early learning to manage and develop the centre, guiding the next generation of educators.
Deliver our bespoke learning programme created with global pedagogical leaders.
Build and encourage a talented team, fostering a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
Plan for the future of the centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue‑generating business.
Qualifications A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
