Your Team
Sitting within the broader Hollard Insurance structure, the Open Operations team manages a distinct portfolio of claims, including the Huddle, Bupa, ahm and Cupra brands. The Open Operations Assessing team forms part of a multi-disciplinary Motor Claims team with responsibility for the assessing phase of the claim's management process.
Reporting to our Senior Manager, Assessing and Repair, you'll apply your expertise to strengthen our supplier relationships and deliver positive outcomes for our customers.
Assess customer vehicles using our clearly defines guidelines
Proactively contribute to the customer experience throughout the claims journey
Prepare clear and concise assessment reports
Supporting our claims team as an expert technical resource
Use your expertise to problem solve issues
Your knowledge & experience
Experience as a motor assessor within Australia (mandatory)
Knowledge of the AudaNet assessing platform (mandatory)
Certificate IV in Vehicle Loss Assessing
Evidence of ongoing professional development
A positive, customer focused, ethical mindset
