Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team on a large mixed-use project. This is a long-term freelance opportunity with a well-known main contractor.
The successful candidate will be based on site, working closely with a Design Director and joining the existing technical team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead design projects from concept to completion
* Collaborate with architects, engineers and other stakeholders
* Ensure all designs meet client requirements and deadlines
Requirements
* Proven experience in main contracting
* Strong background in new build projects
* Ability to work at heights and in challenging environments
