We are seeking a highly motivated Transport Allocator to play a critical role in supporting and inspiring Delivery Professionals (drivers) by optimally allocating transport resources to ensure their day-to-day success. This hands-on role involves close collaboration with Delivery Professionals, as well as cross-functional teams, to create efficient and safe delivery experiences.
This is primarily a weekend role with required availability from 3 PM to 11 PM. Additionally, occasional weekday shifts may be required to cover for team members on leave.

What are we looking for
•Relevant industry experience in transport or logistics, with strong familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS) (Preferred but not essential).
•Willingness to work flexibly – Weekend availability (3PM – 11PM AEST) and weekdays when required
•Familiarity with QLD state-specific suburbs and logistics operations, with an understanding of local and interstate transport networks is an advantage
•Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
•Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to build positive, professional relationships with Delivery Professionals, internal teams, clients, and 3PL providers
•Ability to manage multiple tasks, competing priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently
•A proactive ‘can-do’ mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
•Ability to resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and customer satisfaction.
