The Ideal Candidate:
1. Proactive and Solutions-Oriented: Approach challenges with a can-do attitude.
2. Leadership Experience: Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience managing or supervising a fast-paced, luxury, or premium customer service-focused business.
3. Business Acumen: Strong commercial and business sense is a must.

6. Retail KPIs: Familiarity with standard retail Key Performance Indicators is important.
