as a full-time Solar Installer/Roofer based in Sydney, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading renewable energy company and play a key role in the installation of solar panels on residential and commercial properties. As a Solar Installer/Roofer, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe installation of solar systems, ensuring they meet all relevant safety and quality standards.
What you'll be doing
* Safely install solar panels, and other components on roofs and buildings
* Ensure the proper placement and alignment of solar panels to maximise energy output
* Perform roof wiring & cable runs
* Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of installed solar systems
* Collaborate with the team
* Maintain a high level of safety and quality throughout the installation process
What we're looking for
* Experience as a solar installer or roofer, with a strong understanding of solar technology and installation best practices
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installations
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality
* Physically fit and capable of working at heights and in challenging environments
* Working at heights
* A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
