Your new role
Our client is seeking a Permanent Part-time Administration Assistant to join their dynamic team.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Coordinate reports: soil, surveys, dilapidation
* Lodge service connection applications
* Liaise with neighbouring builders/owners for fencing forms and installations
* Run weekly departmental reports via On-Site Companion
* Follow up with Certifiers and update approvals
* Keep customers informed on building approvals
* Prepare handover packs
* Manage project scheduling and task prioritisation
* Track stage claim dates and collaborate with site supervisors
* Generate construction and executive reports
* Coordinate defect inspections and follow-ups
* Handle reception duties: calls, stock ordering, post runs
* Assist Directors with travel bookings, meetings, calendars, and personal tasks
* Support Sales Admin with brochures and job creation in On-Site Companion
What you'll need to succeed
* At least 2years experience in an administration role
* You'll be proactive and detail-orientated
* Ideally have a background in construction administration
* Experience with One-Site Companion
