Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the service manager with day-to-day operations and manage a team of educators.
* Develop quality programs that support children's well-being, development, and learning outcomes.
* Manage the daily running of programs and ensure compliance with policies.
* Support staff management, administrative requirements, and customer service skills.
Requirements:
* Completed (or actively studying) relevant qualifications in childcare or teaching.
* Demonstrated experience in programming and providing quality childcare services.
* Excellent communication skills, first aid certification, and a Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People.
