Workplace Coordinator
About the Role:
A government agency is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to oversee facility management and health & safety across multiple sites. The successful candidate will serve as the main contact for building matters, coordinating contractor access and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of facility management processes including maintenance, repairs and upgrades
* Coordinating contractor access to buildings and assets
* Maintaining accurate records of site visits, inspections and incidents
* Evaluating risks associated with work activities on-site
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and standards related to workplace health & safety,
