About the Project
The School of Art, Communication and English is renowned nationally and internationally for research excellence in literary studies, visual arts, art history, film studies, communication, media practice, and digital cultures.
Applications are invited for a researcher to collaborate with Professor Terry Flew on his ARC Laureate project "Mediated Trust: Ideas, Interests, Institutions, Futures".
In this role, the successful candidate will be involved in designing a comprehensive trust survey informed by current academic literature and contributing to the core activities of the Laureate project.
About You
* Hold a PhD in media and digital communications and/or social sciences.
* Demonstrate an emerging research profile and ability to conduct independent research, assume responsibility for research papers, and meet deadlines.
* Have experience applying qualitative and/or digital methods.
* Familiarity with statistical packages and/or data visualisation tools.
* Show capacity to work independently and collaboratively, thrive in a fast-paced research environment, and possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills suitable for an academic context.
