Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting experienced Trade Qualified Panel Beaters across the following locations: NSW | VIC | QLD | ACT | WA | SA | TAS | NT The Opportunity As a Panel Beater, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs in line with manufacturer standards and company procedures. You will be working in a professional workshop environment where safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship are prioritised. Key Responsibilities: Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies, including correct PPE usage Report any safety incidents or near misses immediately Accurately clock on/off and track time against allocated repair jobs Receive and inspect parts (where required), ensuring accuracy and no damage Disassemble vehicles in line with repair instructions Label and store parts correctly (5S principles) Identify additional damage and communicate with the Estimator for approval Repair vehicles according to approved Repair Methods and Job Sheets Prepare and prime vehicles (where required) in accordance with paint supplier SOPs Reassemble vehicles to manufacturer and company standards Conduct final quality checks and sign off on QA documentation Maintain a clean and organised work bay Ensure careful handling of all tools, equipment, and customer vehicles Mentor apprentices when assigned Comply with all reasonable and lawful management requests.
