As an Administration and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marine facility.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a berthing plan and track vessel movements at our facility.
2. Manage our asset register and coordinate maintenance activities.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries and complaints promptly.
4. Liaise with customers regarding small vessels and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
5. Raise and process invoices; code invoices and raise procurement documents.
6. Contribute to process improvements and support team collaboration.
