* Solid experience operating in civil construction environments is essential, especially in roads and drainage.
* A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills is necessary to read plans, follow safety procedures, and complete tasks correctly.
* A team player who can work to deadlines and contribute to the onsite team is a must.
* An MR Licence is highly desirable.
* Tickets for Roller, Skid Steer or Excavator are also highly desirable.
