Your responsibilities include:Driving transaction processing functions, ensuring all transactional processing is completed accurately and on time.Ensuring customer admission and departure processes are completed in a timely manner and according to legislative requirements.Supporting internal and external audit functions as required.Reconciling customer fee accounts and preparing refunds for payment.Processing customer receipts daily in accordance with procedures.Preparing and processing billing files to meet monthly deadlines.Resolving customer queries received via phone or email promptly and accurately.Participating in business planning, policy, and procedure formulation within your area of responsibility.What You BringThe ideal candidate has experience in similar roles within large multi-site organisations, managing high volumes of financial data, and handling end-of-month financial processes efficiently. Strong stakeholder management and proficiency with financial systems are essential.
