Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Compliance, Safety, and Claims Manager to lead our shopping centre management team. This pivotal role ensures effective delivery of Work Health and Safety (WHS) risk and compliance services across a large portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the WHS Strategic Plan aligned with industry best practices.
* Provide expert advice on regulatory matters including privacy, quality, modern slavery, and cyber threats.
* Conduct property audits, reviews, and implement training for compliance and safety processes.
* Manage public liability claims and coordinate with insurers and internal stakeholders.
* Maintain compliance documentation and reporting, including national trackers and client updates.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in WHS, Risk Management, or a related field, along with minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, safety, or risk roles within a commercial property or corporate environment.
