An internal promotion has opened the door for a visionary Senior Brand Manager to step in and shape the future of our biggest category - Lawn Care. This role sits at the heart of our growth ambitions and plays a critical leadership part within the Yates Marketing Team.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the category and brand strategy for the Lawn Care portfolio to drive growth
Own brand communications across ATL, BTL, digital and shopper channels
Build and execute integrated activation plans with Sales, Category, IMC and Innovation teams
Equip sales teams with tools and insights to drive strong customer and channel execution
Lead and influence cross‑functional teams to deliver NPD and brand programs
Engage with key customers to share category insights and brand vision

What We're Looking For
Degree in Marketing, Business or related field and 5+ years' experience in brand and/or category management within consumer‑driven brands
Strong skills in brand strategy, positioning and brand building
Proven experience delivering NPD and innovation pipelines
Solid commercial acumen with experience managing pricing, profitability and category strategy
Strong consumer insights capability and ability to translate insights into growth plans
Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills
Strategic thinker who can balance long‑term vision with short‑term delivery
