* Contribute to site meetings and work collaboratively with senior management to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Manage the engineering team, setting out individual responsibilities and ensuring overall team performance.
* Provide leadership in health, safety, quality, and environmental management.
* Review project documents, including estimates, design drawings, proposals, and contracts, to deliver structural and fit-out components of large multi-billion dollar developments.
* Ensure relevant labor is on site to deliver key project objectives and maintain quality throughout.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
* A stable track record of delivering projects in commercial construction in a management role (minimum of 5 years).
* Trade or tertiary qualification in construction.
* Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac, and MS suites.
* Experience in managing large teams in a Tier 2 major project environment.
* Compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
* Experience in education, defense, retail, multi-residential, and industrial sectors highly regarded.
