Job Role: Lead Quality Advisor
We're seeking a seasoned professional to take on a pivotal role as our Lead Quality Advisor. As the strategic lead for quality across NSW & ACT, you'll partner with project teams and clients to embed best practices within our organization.
You'll be the go-to expert for quality assurance, continuous improvement, and compliance – but more importantly, you'll be a champion for smarter ways of working – not just ticking boxes, but raising the bar.

Qualifications:
* Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
* Experience working in or alongside design consultancies – you understand how quality fits into the design and delivery lifecycle.
* Strong grasp of ISO standards, audit processes, and quality systems.
* Collaborative mindset, with the ability to lead, influence, and inspire.
* Passion for problem-solving, innovation, and making things better.
