What You'll Do
- Play a key role in the rollout of a new CRM platform, bringing your expertise to a pivotal phase of our growth.
- Design, build, and execute engaging omnichannel customer journeys focused on both acquisition and retention.
- Own the end-to-end development, implementation, and optimisation of lifecycle campaigns, incorporating campaign and promotional messaging when needed.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to tailor messaging and visuals for audience segmentation and A/B testing.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance to inform strategic direction and continuously improve customer engagement and conversion.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams (marketing, design, development, operations) as well as external partners.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and optimising personalised customer journeys, across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notification etc.), developing segmentation strategies
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g. CRM platforms) are a plus.
- Practical experience with A/B testing and using results to drive campaign optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, proactive and reactive marketing environments, leveraging platform capabilities to seize opportunities.
- A strong work ethic, outstanding attitude, and a commitment to high standards.
- Experience with Iterable CRM or similar is advantageous.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to deliver clear, engaging messaging while maintaining brand voice is a plus.
- Experience in the finance sector would be a bonus
