Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled Site Foreman to oversee and coordinate all on-site trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- The successful candidate will manage daily construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring all work is compliant with WHS regulations and site safety plans.

- A key aspect of this role is monitoring construction progress, reporting to the Site Manager, and supporting in maintaining project timelines.
- Another important responsibility is reading and interpreting construction documentation, resolving on-site clashes or issues.
- The Site Foreman must maintain high-quality standards and a clean, well-organised site.
- Additionally, they will support delivery of civil works, infrastructure, and internal roadworks in early stages
- Accurate WHS, QA, and site documentation must be maintained.
- Effective communication with clients, consultants, and suppliers is required as necessary.
- Promoting a positive, team-based site culture is also essential.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Site Foreman role, preferably in residential or aged care projects.
- Essential experience includes seniors living, aged care, or accessible housing projects.
- Trade-qualified candidates with strong practical knowledge across all construction trades are preferred.
- A sound understanding of Australian Building Codes and WHS legislation is necessary.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities are crucial.
- Excellent time management, organisational, and leadership skills are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is necessary; knowledge of CAD, Bluebeam, Adobe, Jobpac, Cheops, or Levesys is advantageous.
- Estimating or contract administration experience is beneficial but not essential
- A General Construction Induction (White Card) is required.
- A valid Australian C Class Driver's Licence is essential (MR/HR licence advantageous)
