THE RESOURCE REQUIREMENT
4) Systems Analyst / Quality Assurance consultants (ideally with a technical / developer IT background) required for a 3 to 6-month contract (based in Indonesia), scheduled to commence in mid-April.
Applications from Philippines and Malaysian-based Systems Analysts with extensive loan origination solution experience are also considered.
THE PROJECT
The application domain is LOAN ORIGINATION PROCESSING - BANKING. The task is to work on a Loan Origination platform focused on configuring a Business Rules engine.
A business rules engine has been built to dynamically manage the gathering and processing of information required by a bank for loan applications.
The bank aims to provide customers with a tailored, streamlined, and automated experience, ensuring all required information can be gathered through a single loan application process.
The role of the Systems Analyst / QA Consultant is to take documentation produced by the bank's loan origination SMEs, detailing all aspects of the process, and use the business rules engine configuration interface to set up the rules and dynamic application form management steps.
Up to 50 "associated information" providers will supply data via real-time integration, which also needs to be configured into the rules engine.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* 5+ years experience as a Technical Business Analyst
* At least 3 years working with loan origination solutions
* Excellent English communication skills
* Open to a 3-6 month contract role
* Available to start in mid-April
HIGHLY REGARDED ATTRIBUTES
* Fluent in Indonesian
* Experience with the OutSystems platform
* Willingness to visit the client’s office in Jakarta, if required
The responsibilities include ensuring systems are built correctly, meet business requirements, and are robust enough for banking operations. Key activities include:
Configuring the rules engine based on SME documentation, defining test plans, developing test cases, performing various testing phases, supporting UAT, documenting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with development teams, and suggesting process improvements.
These activities are vital for integrating, functional, and compliant banking systems.
