Mechanical and or Electrical Service Technician
Headland Technology Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Mechanical and/or Electrical Service Technician to join our team in Balcatta, WA 6021. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and reliable maintenance and repair services for our clients' mechanical and electrical equipment.
Responsibilities
* Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on a range of mechanical and electrical systems
* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment to identify the root cause and implement effective solutions
* Carry out repairs and replacements to restore equipment to optimal working condition
* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on the status of work
* Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities
* Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations
* Provide on-call support and be available for emergency callouts as required
Qualifications
* You MUST hold a current Electrical Licence for WA to be considered for this role
* Relevant trade qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, or a combination of both
* Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience as a Service Technician in a similar role
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and provide clear, concise updates
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Commitment to safety and a keen eye for detail
* An immediate start is desirable
