Job Description - Merchandise Manager
As a Merchandise Manager, you will lead and develop the Merchandise and Operations team to achieve high merchandising standards and maximise sales targets.
1. Execute and maintain merchandise and promotional campaigns throughout the store.
2. Team building and development, ensuring efficiency in all processes and systems.
3. Demonstrate and lead high-level customer care conduct.
4. Drive sales and budgeting while maintaining stock integrity.
