Overview of the Role
* This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping mental health care in regional Australia.
The new Tamworth facility will provide modern, integrated care and include:
* A purpose-built unit with 37 beds, featuring three distinct areas: adult, older persons, and adolescent
* A state-of-the-art child and adolescent community mental health service on site
Our organisation has incorporated key cultural themes into the design of the facility, including Connection to Sky, Cultural Care, and Country as Healing. The building's calming light-filled atriums, colours inspired by the surrounding rivers, and sustainability initiatives create a unique and supportive environment for patients and staff alike.

* Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical officers, allied health professionals, peer workers, and family/carers to provide comprehensive support
