We’re looking for an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who’s all about connecting people to a healthier life. You’ll help patients restore function, improve mobility, and regain confidence—wherever they are. You’ll be bringing tailored rehab programs straight to homes, gyms, and community spaces, making a real impact on people’s recovery journeys.
What You’ll Do / Responsibilities
- Patient Hero: Prescribe personalised treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Data Dynamo: Track patient progress and outcomes, preparing detailed reports to share with relevant stakeholders.
- Referrer Engagement: Regularly meet with established referral network to strengthen existing relationships.
- Collaborator: Work closely as part of a multi-disciplinary team including specialists, GPs, vocational rehab, injury managers and other allied health professionals to ensure seamless operations and stellar patient care.

What We’re Looking For / Qualifications
- Membership with ESSA as an AEP at the commencement of the position
- Industry experience across multiple sectors highly advantageous
- Unwavering level of service provided to all customers/ stakeholders
- Valid driver’s license
