* Commercial – leasing, contract drafting/reviews/negotiation, small business advisory
* Civil litigation – debt recovery and property law disputes
* Native title and cultural heritage
* $80-140k + super
LAWYER - 3 years + PAE | Cassowary Coast
* Property Law, Wills and Estate or Agribusiness preferred
* Other areas of expertise will be considered
* Tully region
* $80-90K + super
JUNIOR LAWYER - 1 year PAE | Cairns
* Commercial, property and conveyancing
* National firm, ongoing mentoring, and training on offer
* $80K + super
OFFICE MANAGER / PARALEGAL | Cairns
* Legal and business administration
* Must have a track record of a similar role in a law firm
* $60-90K + super
CONVEYANCER | Cairns
* A minimum of 2 years current Queensland conveyancing experience
* Understanding of Queensland property law essential
* Strong eye for detail, fast and effective
* $80K + super
Your Skills & Experience
To be successful in these roles, you will require:
* Degree qualification in Law;
* 3+ years of PAE, highly desirable;
* Advanced negotiation and communications skills;
* A strong client focus and commitment to client service;
* Professional development, diversity, and flexibility;
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
* The ability to form strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
