The Opportunity
As Construction Manager, you'll provide leadership, direction and support to Site Managers and Supervisors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to an exceptional quality standard.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Lead and mentor Site Managers across multiple projects
* Drive safety, program and quality performance on site
* Protect cost outcomes and minimise commercial risk
* Oversee trade performance and compliance
* Ensure exceptional client experience through to handover
What You'll Bring
* 10+ years' residential construction experience with strong leadership exposure
* Certificate IV (or higher) in Construction Management or relevant trade
* Deep knowledge of NCC, BCA, WHS legislation and Australian Standards
* Strong programming, trade coordination and client management capability
* Commercial acumen with proven ability to protect cost, time and quality outcomes
