Job Description
We are seeking experienced professionals to support the delivery of key services within a large-scale shared services environment that supports over a dozen federal government entities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations, project support, and platform enhancements on a major SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud platform.
As a Senior SAP HCM Specialist, you will work across a multi-client environment, contributing to the design, implementation, and support of HCM solutions, while ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
* Design and implement SAP HCM solutions in a shared SAP landscape
* Provide technical support for the HCM Team, including resolving incidents and handling helpdesk tickets
* Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
* Advise on SAP HCM best practices and ensure alignment with client needs
* Engage with end-users and business stakeholders to clarify processes
* Support internal and external audits with configuration and transactional information
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the ERP Services group
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of system changes
* Participate in knowledge transfer and contribute to skill-sharing across the team
