We are seeking an experienced Health Facilities Planner to join our team and contribute to the delivery of major health and science projects across Australia.
About This Opportunity
* Deliver architectural design and documentation for complex Health & Science projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine client briefs, capturing project requirements and objectives.
* Partner with project leads to support design excellence, driving innovation and best practices in healthcare architecture.
* Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to create purpose-built clinical environments that meet the needs of patients, staff, and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Delivery: Oversee the development of architectural design and documentation for Health & Science projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
* Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, developing tailored solutions that meet their goals and objectives.
* Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within multidisciplinary teams, promoting open communication, shared knowledge, and collective expertise.
* Innovation and Excellence: Drive innovation and best practices in healthcare architecture, staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in health facilities planning, preferably in a senior role.
* Skills: Strong understanding of healthcare architecture, building codes, and regulatory requirements; excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
