About Your New Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of pumping and fluid management projects from sales handover through to commissioning and close-out. This is a hands-on role for a technically capable Project Manager who enjoys owning outcomes, working close to the detail, and supporting a team of engineers.
What You Will Be Responsible For
* Owning project delivery from sales handover to commissioning and handover
* Managing scope, program, budget, risk, and safety outcomes
* Acting as the primary client contact and leading progress meetings
* Coordinating engineering, procurement, suppliers, and external site teams
* Reviewing drawings, P&IDs, specifications, and validating scope early
* Managing variations, commercial risk, and delivery performance
About You
* Proven experience delivering technical projects in mining, industrial, or infrastructure environments
* Strong understanding of pumping systems, hydraulics, and fluid systems
* Hands-on with drawings, scope reviews, and technical problem-solving
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Able to mentor engineers and draftsman and lift delivery capability
* Formal engineering or project management qualifications are desirable
