The Role
This newly created role is your chance to dive into the full product development journey, and even better, working on our most-loved category (delighting our key customer).
You'll work closely with our in-house designers and cross-functional teams to bring our collections to life, from supporting early design ideas and building tech packs, to fit sessions and managing the all important details that take a style from sketch to sample to customer
Day to day, you will be:
Working directly with our Designers as part of an exceptional, top tier Product Development team to bring styles to life - think tech packs, specs, blocks, and all the behind-the-scenes magic
Keep our PLM (WFX) looking sharp - from uploading specs and BOMs to managing costings and colour ways like a pro
Keep everything flowing through the critical path - tracking samples, fit sessions, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
Get hands-on with fabrics, trims and prints - from weekly sourcing to recolouring and prepping artwork for our suppliers
Help us stay CP-perfect by managing timelines, deliveries and making sure our styles are good to go for buy
Build strong supplier relationships - joining monthly meetings and keeping communication open and efficient between all parties
Who you are
2+ years' experience in a product-facing role within the fashion industry
Fabric-savvy and detail-obsessed - you understand design intent and can spot quality from a mile away
Tech confident - strong skills across Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and Google Sheets
Organised and adaptable - you're on top of your time, priorities and love a fast-paced environment
A great team vibe (this one's important) - you're friendly, honest, collaborative and happy to roll up your sleeves and help your colleagues where needed
