About the Role As a Mid-Level Designer, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering workplace design solutions that are functional, visually considered and aligned to each client’s brand and brief. Working alongside senior designers, project managers and consultants, you’ll contribute across spatial planning, concept development, technical documentation and presentation materials. You’ll bring a solid understanding of design and construction processes, along with a growing awareness of sustainability and base building services — applying these to help translate client briefs into compliant, high-quality design outcomes.
