What you'll love about the role
As the first point of contact at our reception desk, you will actively contribute to a positive customer experience, both on the phones and through greeting team members and visitors. You will be predominately involved in administrative tasks to support the People and Capability team and the wider business along with supporting office coordination tasks.
Based from our spectacular offices at Brisbane Quarter (300 George St), you will work either 7:30am to 4:00pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday – no weekend work required
Key responsibilities include:
* Complete varied administration tasks to support the HR team and wider business
* Attend to approximately 1 hour of reception calls per day using the Genesys phone system
* Office coordination including ordering and maintaining stock of office and kitchen supplies
* Assist in the distribution of incoming mail and the sending of outgoing mail and packages
Are you the person we are looking for?
* Experience in reception, administration or customer service will be highly regarded
* Exceptional communication skills, with an articulate, friendly and professional phone manner
* A positive attitude and proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Resilient, with the ability to handle difficult calls politely and confidently
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Please note that this is an office based position and no work from home arrangement will be available due to the requirement to attend the reception desk to receive deliveries, visitors etc.
