Operations Director
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management experience in a manufacturing environment. They will be responsible for overseeing operational and cultural outcomes at the factory, managing a team of circa 25 staff, and ensuring safe work practices.
A key focus of this role is to lead the integration of new customers and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. This involves coordinating with sales teams to service customer enquiries and representing the company at external functions and events.
