In this role, you will manage the relationship with our key retail partner accounts to drive sales, profit and market share for the business.Role and ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & PlanningManage relationship at all levels with your account; and develop and execute strategic account plans.Understand all facets of your accounts and understand our share position and build plans to grow.Plan the distribution, promotion and display of all SKUs in your accounts.Manage the launch of new products within accounts and budget accurately for all security, POS, marketing, training and devices that are required.Lock in all promotional activity within budgets and ensure ROI is measured.Manage your weeks of stock within accounts.Ensure your accounts floor staff receive regular training on all our products and are strongly engaged in selling your products.Manage retail execution and ensure procedures are in place to manage in store displays including security, stolen and damaged devices with retailer head office and ensure Samsung products are displayed as per agreements.Business ManagementHold regular forecasting meetings and provide accurate sell-in and sell-out data to the business.Liaise with sales, field, Category and SCM teams to ensure alignment and KPI's are met.Provide weekly written communication to field team that outlines requirements and updates for your retail stores.Skills and Qualifications5+ years' experience as a National Account Manager with strong commercial acumen and a hunger for sales.Strong presentation, negotiation, influencing and selling skills.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and passion for innovation.What sets us apart from the rest?At the heart of our DNA is the pursuit of excellence and bringing innovation to everyone, faster than anyone.
