Your Key Responsibilities
* Implement high-quality clinical practices aligned with AHPRA standards, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
* Provide leadership and support to multidisciplinary teams comprising Enrolled Nurses and Care Assistants, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* Develop and implement personalized care plans and assessments that meet the unique needs of each resident.
* Maintain effective communication with families, doctors, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
* Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives, maintaining accurate documentation and actively participating in accreditation processes.
Working closely with our Care Manager and General Manager, you will become an integral part of a forward-thinking care team committed to delivering outstanding results.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse is essential.
* Thorough understanding of aged care standards and the Residential Classification Scale.
* National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain.
* Experience with ACFI and aged care documentation.
