About Goodstart Trinity Beach: Join our intimate 74-place centre, supported by a dedicated and experienced leadership team. Our staff members boast an average tenure of five to fifteen years, with most Educators holding at least a Diploma qualification. They collectively bring a wealth of knowledge and skills in the Early Years sector. Located close to the beach and proud participants in the Reef Guardians schools program, our centre is family-oriented, fun, and supportive, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone helps one another. New Educators typically start in a floating position, allowing them to build relationships with children and families before being placed in roles that enhance their strengths, skills, and knowledge.
