The role In alignment with Public Sector and Queensland Health's core values, you will be responsible for adhering to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe services and workplaces. Your primary role is to provide a range of high-level confidential executive and administrative support to the Director and Team. This includes managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence autonomously, handling diary management, organizing meetings, and preparing reports, correspondence, and other necessary documentation. Additionally, you will develop and implement systems to enhance administrative processes and outcomes, manage small projects and work packages, and provide regular project reports against agreed criteria.
Moreover, you should demonstrate the ability to establish work priorities, complete projects, and work effectively under pressure with mínimal supervision while adhering to deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including oral, negotiation, and consultation abilities, are crucial for developing and maintaining effective relationships with a diverse range of external and internal stakeholders.
