In this role you'll be responsible for:
* Lead and grow multiple field teams working on sewer repair projects.
* Develop innovative strategies to maintain productive workflows and adhere to established productivity levels.
* Monitor and track costs across work fronts, including subcontractors, plant and equipment operations, materials, and hired equipment.
* Management of workers, plant, and equipment to successfully deliver projects.
* Collaboratively work with clients to address issues and deliver solutions.
* Strategically plan routes to prioritize urgent tasks and ensure all relevant aspects are considered for scoping the work, including traffic conditions, CCTV coverage, and the possibility of a second assessment.
* Manage hazards and implement change management protocols onsite.
How you'll connect to the role:
* HR or MR License.
* OHS Construction Induction Card (White card).
* Confined Space Entry Qualification.
* Working at Heights Qualification.
* Various Plant Licenses.
* Proven track record in leading and managing on-site teams.
* Demonstrated capability in overseeing and organising onsite activities.
* Comprehensive experience working on Sydney Water sewer pipeline projects.
