Senior Leader - Wellbeing and Practice
The Senior Leader of Wellbeing and Practice will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the strategic wellbeing and social inclusion responses of the campus.
This key leadership position involves providing operational line management and practice leadership to youth workers and young people, working collaboratively with site leadership teams, teachers, and educational assistants.
* Strong understanding of and commitment to Catholic educational values is essential.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in the youth work/social services/health profession is required.
* Previous experience in wellbeing programs is desirable.
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, and/or related health sciences are essential.
* Post-graduate mental health qualifications are highly desirable.
* Experience in working with young people disenfranchised from mainstream education is vital.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, applying knowledge to develop site-based wellbeing programs and measuring their success using data. A Working with Children Check and Teacher Registration (if applicable) are mandatory requirements.
